Principal tasks of Management of inquiry of
Department of Internal Affairs of South-Kazakhstan region

    1. Checking criminally-remedial activity of law-enforcement bodies in the area of inquiry, in necessary cases together with branch services of Department of Internal Affairs of South-Kazakhstan region.

    2. Checking traffic and transport incidents with physical injuries occurred at the territory of the regional centre. Makes remedial decisions and carries out inquiries;

    3. Management of inquiry accepts to manufacture and carries out inquiry of most complicated and public resonated crimes under instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Department of Internal Affairs;

    4. Controls criminal cases and documents, concerning check of statements and announcements;

    5. Carries out official checks the facts of infringement of constitutional laws and freedom of the citizens admitted during manufacture of inquiry or preliminary investigation, and also the facts of infringements of legality and discipline, under instructions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Department of Internal Affairs;

    6. Considers complaints, statements of citizens and officials concerning activity of investigators and Department of Internal Affairs's staff, low-ranking divisions of Municipal and District Departments of Internal Affairs during realization of criminally-remedial activity by them.
