Askar Chuashevich Ospanov Colonel of Police, Chief of Department of Internal Affairs. Born in 1959 in Almaty region. Has two degrees of higher education. Is with internal affairs since 1988. Was awarded by II degree of Aybin order for special merits to the Mother Country.

16.09.2009 - 12 сентября 2009 года были организованы и проведены соревнования среди сотрудников Шымкентского гарнизона ДВД ЮКО из табельного оружия пистолета Макарова.

13.07.2009 - Управлением кадровой работы ДВД ЮКО 11 июля 2009 года проведен слет молодых специалистов ОВД.

24.06.2009 - 22 июня на стадионе «Динамо» в честь праздника «23 июня – День Казахстанской полиции» проведена спортивная эстафета.

22.06.2009 - В ДВД ЮКО проведено мероприятие под названием “День открытых дверей”.

11.05.2009 - В честь ознаменования праздника «9 Мая – Дня Победы» и оказания достойной почести ветеранам ВОВ и лиц к ним приравненным, на базе Полка патрульной полиции УВД г.Шымкента ДВД ЮКО организован хор.

24.03.2009 - 21 марта 2009 года на стадионе «Динамо» в г.Шымкенте в честь праздника «Наурыз», с участием сотрудников ДВД и подразделений проведены спортивные соревнования.

09.03.2009 - Накануне «Международного Женского дня» в ДВД ЮКО среди женщин ОВД прошел конкурс «Мисс полиции»
